Recently, China Sam Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sam Group") and Shanxi Pengfei Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanxi Pengfei") signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will establish strategic cooperative partnership based on the coal, coke and chemical industry to jointly develop the hydrogen energy market so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's energy structure.
